Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products and our dedication to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality, all makeup items purchased from Authentic Shades are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes foundations, lipsticks, eyeshadows, blushes, and makeup brushes.

Quality Assurance

We take utmost care to ensure that each product leaving our facility meets our stringent quality standards. Every item undergoes thorough quality checks to guarantee its purity and effectiveness.

Refunds

Refunds are not available unless the product is:

• Damaged or defective upon delivery: If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Incorrect item received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify us immediately.

• Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product

• A brief description of the issue

Upon review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund at our discretion

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if the cancellation request is made before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
